Checklist of What Makes a Great Advert

  • Sell the sizzle. This simply means when you are creating your advertising, make sure the benefits are highlighted because it is the benefits that appeal to the buyer rather than information about how great your product is.

  • Motivate them for an immediate purchase. People lose interest quickly, so if they see a message that does not compel them to make an immediate decision the value of the ad can promptly be lost.

  • Keep repeating your ads. Repetition will always sell. You can stay with the same pitch and the same ad but always keep repeating your message.

  • Present your best face. Find out the most prominent feature or exciting aspect that your product or service has and highlight that.
