Here are some tips that may help you:
- Make sure you have a sign outside your home. Buyers always have a hard time finding homes, no matter where they are located, so use directional signs to help them find your property. If you do this, however, get the necessary approvals from the local councils so you are acting within the law.
- Make sure you have maximum curb appeal. Curb appeal is the impression buyers get when they first pull up to your home. It's crucial when showcasing your home. Be sure that the outside lawns, hedges and flowerbeds are all trimmed and looking great.
