Many property owners sell their houses on the Internet to avoid paying commission to real estate agents. They also want at reach a different and possibly greater audience, and advertising on the Internet achieves this.
Many people who advertise property on the Internet are not real estate agents. Information is published relating to private home sales or private properties, on the individual's behalf.
