Employers are after motivated teens who will arrive on time for work. They look for people with positive attitudes and who are prepared to work hard in order to make good money. They also want people who can work well with others. They look for leadership qualities and they need staff who will complete their full shift and do the best they can.

In essence, your boss is looking for a good investment because they are investing their time, attention and training in you. Remember that jobs are jobs. It doesn’t matter what job you have, you still have to work, no matter how cool the job or company is. Some days the job is not going to be as good as others.
