Nowadays there would be few people who do not own a mobile phone whether for business or personal use. Mobile phones are more a necessity for most people, as opposed to the luxury gadget they were when they first came out.
There are many different brands of mobiles in New Zealand, each with their own accessories and different functionalities from Bluetooth to video recording. Here is an overview of the different functions many mobile phones offer:
- Digital Camera
Having a digital camera is now the norm on most phones – the real clincher is how good of a camera it is – some mobile phone cameras now provide up to 2 mega pixels. Photos can be taken, sent to others, saved and transferred to a laptop or computer for printing.
- Audio Recorder
Some mobile phones allow you to record conversations for varying lengths of time. Handy if you want make lots of ‘note to self’ comments.
- Multimedia Messaging
Multimedia messaging enables you to send the multimedia (video, photos etc) available on your phone to others who share MMS capabilities.
