Remember that dissatisfied customers or clients will one of 4 things:

  1. They will remain silent.
  2. They will complain to someone, whether a lawyer or neighbour.
  3. They will complain to a public or government agency.
  4. They will complain to you.

Naturally out of the 4 options you would prefer them to complain to you.
