How Do you - Agree to Sale Terms when Buying Bus.
Up to this point the parties will be talking and negotiating various issues. As soon as consensus is reached on all points – confirm to both parties, in writing, each point of agreement. At this stage, some prospective buyers usually put the final points to the owner by way of a “Letter of Intent”. Many prefer to negotiate without the use of letters of intent until every term and condition has been agreed. This saves costs in that contracts do not have to be continuously amended and go back and forth from one lawyer to the other. If letter of intents are not used, it is suggested that the broker confirm all terms to be incorporated into the contract.
a) Offer Completion
Once agreement is confirmed, the broker should complete the offer documents to be submitted by the buyer. Some buyers prefer to have their own lawyer arrange the completion of this offer contract. If there is insufficient space on the standard form for inclusion of all special conditions or plant schedule etc, attach a separate schedule.
