You have to be very careful that your eyes are not clouded over by the pressure of getting capital together and that in doing so you forget to look at some of the other important matters for consideration.

Perhaps the most important thing to consider when looking for a business Angel is to ensure that the Angel is someone you will be able to work with and that they will also be able to work with you.

You have to remember that this person will be someone that you will be involved with for some time and that they must have the maturity and experience to allow you to get on with the job of developing the business without having to account continually on the decisions that have to be made.
