Michael started his career with Fletcher Challenge and worked in both retail, trade and manufacturing units, specialising in management information and costing systems. Since switching to public practice in 1987, he has been able to take many of the corporate methodologies and apply them to small businesses.
Steve has worked in a variety of industries, including printing, manufacturing, engineering, retail, and food. He has spent some time working for ABB, Air New Zealand, a Health Board, and a City Council, and even as a self-employed contractor.
With the variety of size of these organizations Steve gained a great deal of business knowledge. He is keen to see that clients have the right structure in place to facilitate growth.
